I went for a dinner with colleagues and we spent a great time there. The atmosphere was amazing and the quality of food was excellent. It was really delicious. Overall, the service was almost good, but they reserved for us the table only for one hour and half. Next time I would love to try gunkan.

This little restaurant is a true paradise for rice lovers! We loved our gunkans, the saffron risotto and risotto fumé were delicious, and the pavlova was absolutely spectacular... we will be back for sure. Not to be missed... recommended!

Great and special dinne
We took 3 risotto to split in 2 people. We were welcome from a really nice waiter and also with a free appetiser. Service was perfect - waiting time not too long not too short. The 3 risotto with innovative and particular tastes were amazing. We will for sure come back!

Officina del Riso brings to the table the passion for risotto in every from possible, starting form the traditional recipe but using refined products and most importantly a very particular rice.
The Lomello, newborn rice variety - similar to the Carnaroli - solid grain and thick and soft rind that gives an outstanding creaminess to the risotto even without adding butter while blending.
The Gunkan
The creativity of Officina del Riso combined the research of the best products belonging to the Mediterranean gastronomic universe and the Japanese sushi, creating a unique Gunkan.
Rice Yume pellets are wrapped in cheek lard and then Roman pecorino cream and yolk with pepper, Yume wrapped in Colonnata lard and honey, final topping with caramelized Tropea onion. These are just few examples...
The place
The culinary experience is supported by a modern but at the same time warm and cozy place in which wood (solid beechwood) is dominant.
