"A gastronomic oasis in downtown Madrid, which brings back lifelong smells and tastes, reinterpreted to make eating out a pleasure again.

The design is purely Spanish with small hints of Mediterranean such as olive trees that have been planted on the Gran Via bar. In honor of the transparency which governs its cuisine, it has an open kitchen, similar to the winery (with all national references) and all the details have been carefully taken care of to create a cozy and fun place, such as the idea of installing three long tables running down the middle of the restaurant for those guests who prefer to 'share' space.

At the bar-cafe, to hit the streets, you can have breakfast, enjoy an aperitif, delve into an attractive menu of tapas and homemade dishes (where the traditional omelet, salad, homemade ham croquettes and a select assortment of domestic cheeses are not missing), eat quickly, right throughout the day or even have a snack."
