After the fabulous years at Ledoyen, Christian Le Squer is now at the helm of this renowned establishment. The majesty of the Grand Trianon inspired ...

The food is high quality and the environment is magnificent. But the service needs to be improved. We’re drinking tea and when the tea was about to finish, no waiter coming to fill the tea for us. Besides, there’s little bread left on the table and the waiter didn’t clean it when he collected the table. I think as a 3-star Michelin restaurant, the service can be better!
With Michelin 3 star, we expect ‘wow’ for most of dishes as well as wine pairing. We ordered “la Balade Gourmande” menu with wine pairing in advance; most dishes are just “accurate” without any surprise except “gratinété d’oignons«” and “croquant de pamplemousse” which are more than delicious but excellent. Wine pairing is the most upset part of our lunch. Wine is served directly without asking us to taste in advance; no communication/ explanation on his selection. Especially when we challenged the wine does not go well with our main course (côte de chevreuil for m’y guests and lamb for myself), he replied “is it your own opinion or is it the comment of the whole table. You should complain to the big boss.........” which attitude is totally incorrect in a Michelin 3 star restaurant. Fortunately the table manager is very friendly and nice which offset a little bit of bad experience in Le Cinq.
Amazing dining experience. The eight course tasting menu was extraordinary. The food is top quality, beautifully presented and simply delicious. Service is extremely professional, like the musicians in a symphony orchestra each playing their part to achieve perfection. And yet every member of staff is so friendly ensuring a very high level of personal service. The dining room is as spectacular and comfortable as dining rooms come. I give Le Cinq my highest recommendation.
Juste parfait !
Overall great meal, atmosphere, and presentation, well worth the bill :)
Good food, Good service
Excellent service starter exceptional especially the one with onions . Wine list impressive and not too pushed on the prices . Perfect for a romantic diner . Will definitively go back .
The food and atmosphere were terrific! But the service was a little rushy. Overall good I would say.
Fantastic food, which leaves a memory
It’s really outstanding experience!! Esp. onion soup is always best
Un grand moment dans un palace parisien top ! Personnel exceptionnel
One of the top experinces in Paris
Had an amazing time. Staff was extremely attentive. It was our anniversary & they even got me some roses & took a pic of us that they then printed & gifted to us
Cinq is an extraordinary restaurant which delivers particularly memorable meals. If the general manager had come to me at the end of the delightful evening and asked if there was anything the restaurant could have done to improve the experience, I don't think I could have come up with a single suggestion.
Excellent food and service. A must do in Paris.
