One of our favorites in town. Great food. Took the set menue and enjoyed every course. All staff nice, attentive and very professional. Highly recommend the bar for the drink after.

we chose the 5 course inspiration menu. the variations of fresh fish and mussels especially coquielle st jacques once with a delicious champagne sauce and a touch of choucroute and the other just lightly seasoned on a hot stone – fantastic. personally i don’t care about deserts because they are usually too sweet. our desert was chocolate based with a hint of truffels and topinambur. splendid. we highly recommend to get to the fiskebar early to enjoy a drink at the fred bar with its interesting variations on classics like the bloody mary cocktail.
Great restaurant with excellent combination highly professional team, delicious food and special atmosphere. Place where lunch or dinner turns in real pleasure.

Our experience at Fiskeebar was superb. We chose the four course meal (selected by the chef) and were not disappointed. We felt welcome immediately as the hostess showed us to our table and didn’t make us feel bad about speaking English. Our servers recommended wine with each course and it was perfectly paired. Ludovic made our experience more than memorable as he spoke in first French and then English to help us with our French! He was so personable! My wife does not usually care for seafood, but ate every bit of what was prepared. We would highly recommended this restaurant for anyone looking for a lively dining experience with a unique cuisine exploration. Thank you Ludovic and the rest of the staff here for making our experience one we will never forget!

Excellent table in Geneva and certainly one of the most creative one. Choice on the menu is limited but renewed every 6 weeks which suits me well. Welcome and service is on par. Highly recommended overall.
We came into the restaurant not knowing quite what to expect as some of the reviews had been mixed . But how wrong they were. From the moment we sat down the service was personal and exemplary . Just enough attention with out being intrusive . The advice on the meal and wines was constructive and not pushy and we went for the 5 course meal and added the wine pairing . We also had a champagne to start and a ‘house’ vodka to finish . We were there in total about 3 hours and never felt rushed . The food, including the appetisers ( there were several extra free tasters between the courses ) was exceptional . The oyster was amazing and the venison literally melted . The creativity of the courses and the mixture of tastes made it an experience not just a meal. I would highly recommend the restaurant for a special occasion and we will return the next time we are in a Geneva .

Creative, delicious, scandinavian-inspired dishes that we all thoroughly enjoyed. The wine list is excellent and we loved the two different pinot noirs from Graubunden that we ordered.
